Introducing KGP Gives:
Supporting Communities Through Meaningful Action
KGP Legal LLC is pleased to introduce KGP Gives, the firm’s charitable and community outreach initiative.
Beyond providing legal services, we believe that the firm can play a meaningful role by supporting charitable causes, strengthening community partnerships and encouraging staff participation in volunteer work.
As part of our broader commitment to corporate social responsibility, we plan to support up to 10 different charities and community initiatives this year, covering a range of causes and needs.
Initiatives Supported by KGP Gives
KGP Gives supports both established charities and smaller community-led initiatives through financial contributions and hands-on participation. Our current initiatives include:
Workers Appreciation Meal Programme
KGP Gives is collaborating with Biriyani Bhais, a local food business based at Katong Shopping Centre, on its year-long Workers Appreciation Meal Programme. The programme provides freshly prepared dum biriyani meals to migrant workers as a simple gesture of appreciation for their contributions to Singapore. We support the programme by sponsoring the meals for migrant workers, while also giving our staff the opportunity to assist with meal distribution.
Supporting Food-Ration Programmes
KGP Gives has also made donations through Give.Asia in support of Ride for Rations, an initiative that provides food rations and essential supplies to lower-income individuals and families in Singapore. Through this support, we hope to contribute towards meeting their everyday needs and strengthening community efforts to address food insecurity.
Our Role in the Community
Through KGP Gives, we hope to contribute to the community not only through donations, but also by giving our staff opportunities to volunteer and support meaningful causes directly. We are committed to supporting a broad range of good causes for the community.
