Mahdev is Of Counsel in the Singapore office, specializing in technology law and international dispute management.
He heads the firm’s Technology & Start-up Law and International Law & Dispute Management practices, having previously worked in technology MNCs such as Google LLC; and alongside Senior Counsels in leading firms to represent MNC and HNW clients in international commercial, and financial services disputes.
Mahdev and team advise and represent clients on technology contracts, data privacy, regulatory compliance, licensing requirements; and dispute management, including for MAS and other investigations.
He is concurrently an Associate Tenant with Temple Garden Chambers in London.
A graduate of the NUS Law School, he completed his Master’s at Stanford Law on a Fulbright Scholarship and has been a legal academic at SMU.
