Arbitration Coordinator
Marc-Anthony is a Swiss-qualified lawyer specialising in international commercial arbitration. He brings extensive international experience, having worked in key legal markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.
Marc-Anthony advises both individuals and corporations on a broad range of contractual, commercial, and corporate law matters. His expertise spans various sectors, including international trade, manufacturing, shipping and commodities, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, sports, energy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, luxury goods, and hospitality.
He regularly represents clients in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations proceedings, including those administered by leading institutions such as the ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, SIAC, and LCIA.
He also advises and represents athletes, clubs, and sports organisations in sports law matters, including proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and setting aside proceedings before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
Marc-Anthony began his career at law firms in Singapore and Hong Kong before joining the commodities group of a major international law firm. There, he provided strategic advice to shipping and trading companies on matters related to international sales of goods and trade finance, and represented them in arbitration proceedings.
After this, Marc-Anthony worked for the arbitration team of a leading Swiss business law firm. He advised and represented major banks, wealth and asset management firms, manufacturers, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial and financial disputes.
Since January 2024, Marc-Anthony is Counsel at the Swiss innovative law firm OA LEGAL, based in Geneva. In addition, he serves as Arbitration Coordinator at KGP Legal LLC. His role at KGP Legal LLC consists of managing complex cross-border disputes and representing clients in international commercial arbitration proceedings. His knowledge of various legal frameworks enables him to provide strategic and commercially oriented solutions that effectively safeguard the client’s interests across multiple jurisdictions.
Marc-Anthony was admitted to the bar in 2016, ranked third of his class. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law (USA), a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions, a Bachelor of Law and a Master in Business Law from the University of Geneva. He also completed a year of study at the University of Zurich during his Masters course.
