Shloka VSR

Shloka is a Legal Executive with the corporate and commercial team at KGP Legal LLC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Law with Honours degree from The University of Edinburgh Law School and holds a Masters in Law degree from the Singapore Management University (SMU) with specialisation in cross-border business and finance law.

She handles TMT, Fintech and start-up legal work at KGP and cross-border corporate and commercial projects and handles private client work as well. Her prior experience includes pre-litigation advisory, alternative dispute resolution (with a specific interest in Mediation) and the drafting of corporate and commercial agreements.
