Now in our 13th year, Morsels is an intimate restaurant in Dempsey Hill, Singapore, serving Chef Petrina Loh’s creative take on comforting, Asian-inspired cuisine.
Our menus are built around bold flavours, house-made ferments and sauces, seasonal produce and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. From our signature dishes and rotating noodle specials to weekday set lunches and sharing plates, the food at Morsels is familiar at heart, yet always approached with a creative twist.
Wine and sake are an integral part of the Morsels experience, with a carefully curated list selected to complement our food and our love for fermentation, acidity and flavour.
Join us for lunch, dinner, private dining and events in our intimate Dempsey space. Vegetarian and vegan tasting menus can also be arranged with advance notice.

ROTATING NOODLE SCHEDULE
Our wholesome weekly rotating noodle bowls contain no msg, stocks and sauces are made from scratch with sustainable and produce with good husbandry. They are inspired by our love for noodles, and various cultures where noodles are a mainstay.
Please follow us on Instagram @morselsinsingapore to check out the noodle we are serving that week. One type of noodle will be rotated per week.
