Warehouse storage is a managed storage service for businesses that need space for inventory, equipment, project materials or other goods without operating their own warehouse. Tell us what you need to store, and Spaceship will recommend a suitable storage arrangement by pallet or by space. Your goods can then be delivered to our warehouse or collected by Spaceship, stored, and released when needed.

Spaceship's Warehouse Storage is a managed storage service. You pay for the storage capacity you need, while our warehouse team manages the storage environment and in/out handling. You do not need your own warehouse team or infrastructure.
You are not leasing a private warehouse unit to operate yourself. A private warehouse unit is one where you rent the unit, pay for utilties, hire your own manpower and reinstate the unit when you return it.

Warehouse storage can be charged by pallet or by space. Based on our current pricing guide, standard pallet storage is $60 per pallet per month, while area storage is $72 per 20 sqft per month. Handling and other logistics services are charged separately when used.

Goods can be stored either as standard pallet units or by floor area. Area storage is measured in 20 sqft increments, while palletised goods may be charged per pallet. Storage is billed monthly in advance based on your billing cycle.

Yes. Standard palletised goods can be stored and billed by pallet, while bulky, mixed or irregular goods can be stored by area. Spaceship will recommend the most suitable arrangement based on the physical characteristics of your goods.

If additional goods require more storage during your billing cycle, the additional capacity is prorated for the remainder of that cycle. If your storage requirement decreases, the lower storage allocation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle after Spaceship confirms that the remaining goods can fit within the reduced space.

Handling fees apply when goods are received into storage and again when they are released. Standard handling can be charged by carton, pallet or item, while mixed or project goods may require a custom handling quote. Inbound and outbound handling are charged separately.

Yes, subject to the physical and handling requirements of the goods. Area storage is suitable for items such as furniture, vending machines, machinery, large crates and unusually shaped project materials. Additional handling charges may apply where specialised manpower or equipment is required.

Yes. Warehouse storage can be used for office renovation materials, furniture, equipment, project supplies, temporary incoming shipments and other business goods that need storage for a period of time. Storage is billed on a monthly cycle, with the required capacity determined by the goods being stored.

Warehouse Storage is a managed storage service rather than a private self storage unit. When you need your goods, you can arrange for them to be retrieved and prepared for collection or delivery. If direct warehouse access is available in certain situations, this should be arranged with our team in advance. Fees to move your stored items from its storage location to a handling location will apply.

Yes. Goods can be sent directly to our warehouse storage facility. You do not need to be present.
We will receive your inbound shipment, and handle the putaway to storage. Where required, at additional fees, we can also, at additional costs, provide unloading service, palletise your goods, handle inventory tracking, and other custom work orders.

We have our own transport vans and trucks and can also handle local pickups and deliveries if you require.
