Prior to traveling to your place, our service technician will drop you an SMS for you to track their current location and estimated time of arrival.
Once our technicians arrives, we will do a surface check on the broken appliance. We will provide you with an accurate quotation for repair, if possible.
If we are unable to proceed with the repair service, a call-out charge ranging from SGD 65 – SGD 95 (without GST) is payable.
