- Perform professional hair scalp analysis & treatment for customers
- Customize treatment package according to customers scalp condition
- Maintain and build good customer relationships
- Promote and educate customers on company’s products and services
- Provides good hands-on treatment and hair dressing needs to meet the customers’ expectation
- Build & maintain a good relationship with customers
- To assist in daily front line operations supports
- To handle enquiries and scheduling appointments with customers
- To provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- To be responsible for administrative, cashiering duties and stock inventory.

- Positive and self-driven attitude

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers
