Mindline.sg has resources, tools and tips to help you manage your health and wellbeing, for yourself, for youths and even those at work. Mindline.sg is a local joint initiative between the MOH Office of Transformation, MSF, NCSS and IMH.

- For immediate danger to life and safety, please call the Police at 999 or SMS 70999.

Are you a youth, child, or someone needing emotional and mental health support?
ec2.sg is a community mental health programme for youths aged between 12 to 25 years old. They even have a chat to connect users with a suitable councillor.

CHAT – Centre of Excellence for Youth Mental Health, established by the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) under Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH), is the National First-Stop Touchpoint for Youth Mental Health Support for young people aged 16 to 30. CHAT provides timely, accessible support in a safe and inclusive space. They can be reached at 6493-6500/1 and you can find opening hours and
touch points here.
For those feeling lonely and would like a virtual companion buddy, Carey at
Care Corner is ready to chat with you and connect you with consultants or self-help tools to help you cope better.
