I've moved a few sticky threads to the feedback forum and updated the 1st post to indicate these important notices.

Ideally, members should be accustomed to these rules by now, which also means moderators will be less lenient on these matters - you should know what's tolerable/suitable for public discussion.

If you have concerns with how a matter is treated or handled - bring it up for discussion in the Feedback forum.

Failure to do so and stirring issues in this forum would mean not using the right channels to bring up an issue - the moderators have all rights to thrash your thread for being a nuisance. Why? Obviously EDMW is the wrong place to seek clarification and secondly, the volume in this forum is so high, most people don't even know what's the root cause and just mouth off inappropriately.

We provide a platform for use, and you're bound by our terms of use. If you can't respect that, you are free to use another channel.

Thank you for your time, and have a pleasant time using the forums. It's not difficult - just be level-headed and treat people with respect.

It has come to our attention that there are users that love giving labels to specific races, nationalities, religions, beliefs, etc. On their own, these labels are seemingly innocent. However they are often misused in unkind, inappropriate, discriminatory, and offensive ways on our forums. This is unacceptable.

On a case by case basis, based on the context and degree of severity, Moderators will remove posts with such comments and may even give Warnings with infraction points to users for such behavior.
