Planning your next visit to Picasso Hair Studio? Haircuts start from $50 for men and $60 for women, treatments from $65, colouring from $95 and perms from $105. All listed prices include 9% GST and are available at our Bugis and Novena salons. Our hair salon’s price list can be a useful starting point, but the final cost can vary from person to person. During your consultation, your stylist will look at your hair, understand the result you are after, and explain the price before getting started.
Hair Length
Longer hair usually needs more time and product, especially for colour, perm, rebonding and treatment services.
Current Hair Condition
Your stylist will also consider what your hair has been through, including previous colouring, bleaching, perming or rebonding. This helps them decide what your hair can handle and whether the service needs to be adjusted.
Desired Result
A small refresh is usually more straightforward than a major transformation. Bigger colour changes, stronger lightening, or more detailed styles often involve extra steps and time.

Prices also vary depending on the stylist tier you choose. Each tier reflects a different level of experience and seniority within the salon.
Which Stylist Tier Is Right for You?

Hair Designer
Hair Designers are a good choice for regular cuts, colour touch-ups and everyday salon services. They are trained in Picasso Hair Studio’s techniques and consultation approach.
Creative Director
A Creative Director may be a better fit if you are planning a more noticeable change or would like more experienced input on your cut, colour, perm or rebonding service.
Master Trainer
Master Trainers bring the highest level of seniority and also help guide and train other stylists. You may prefer this tier for complex transformations, corrective work or a more highly customised result.

1. Are all listed prices inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices shown in our hair salon price list include GST. We believe in full transparency so clients know exactly what to expect before their appointment.
2. How do you determine prices based on hair length?

3. Is there an extra charge for senior stylists or specialists?
Picasso Hair Studio has three stylist levels: Hair Designers, Creative Directors, and Master Trainers. Creative Directors and Master Trainers are considered senior hair stylists in Singapore. Rate differences apply only to haircuts or services that include a haircut, such as perming. For services that do not involve cutting, pricing remains the same across all stylist levels. Each stylist’s rate is clearly outlined in our salon price list for easy reference.
4. Do you offer free consultations before services like colouring or perming?
Absolutely. We provide complimentary consultations to help you decide on the most suitable style or treatment for your hair. Whether you’re considering a new hair dye colour or a soft volume perm, our stylists will ensure the look complements your features and lifestyle.
5. If my hair is very thick, will there be extra charges?
In some cases, yes. Additional time or product use for extra-thick hair may incur a small surcharge. Rest assured, this will be communicated clearly before the service begins.
6. What happens if I want to change service mid-appointment?
If you wish to adjust or change your service during your appointment, simply let your stylist know while you are in the salon. There is always room for discussion, and your stylist will walk you through what is possible based on your hair condition and the stage of the service. Before any service begins, our stylists clearly explain the pricing and record the agreed services on your consultation sheet. If at any point you feel unsure or uncomfortable about proceeding, please contact us to inform your stylist so adjustments can be made before continuing.
7. Do you require deposits for bookings?
For certain services or peak-hour appointments, a small deposit may be required to secure your slot. This helps us manage bookings efficiently and reduce last-minute cancellations.
