Here's a rundown of parking spaces with the highest total charge rates at the Orchard Area, known as the most popular shopping enclave in Singapore.

The data were obtained from ONE.MOTORING, a car portal managed by the Land Transport Authority. The published rates were as of December 2012.

For ranking purposes, total charge rates were calculated for three hours of parking from Monday to Friday.
