Tender for Bartley Road site launched

The Urban Redevelopment Authority placed the 2.21-hectare residential site at Bartley Road / Lorong How Sun for sale.

This comes after one developer committed to bid at least S$191.78 million for it in the public tender.

The site spans a permissible gross floor area of 61,865 square metres. It can generate about 620 housing units, is next to the Bartley Circle Line MRT Station and is accessible to key roads such as the Central Expressway and the Pan-Island Expressway.

Tender deadline is 12 noon on 30 March 2011.
