The 10 Toh Guan Road East has been put on sale via an Expression of Interest which will close on 29 April at 3:00 p.m.

The property's exclusive marketing consultant, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) said 10 Toh Guan Road East has a gross floor area of approximately 145,366 sqft (13,505 sqm), with five floors and a basement car park.

Built-to-Suit in 2000, the property has been primarily used as a service base for its distribution centre, sales, repair, and
maintenance workshop.

It’s located within the Jurong Lake District and is surrounded by shopping malls such as Westgate, JEM, and IMM. It is also within walking distance to Jurong East MRT Station
