Coliwoo Holdings occupancy remains strong at 93.7% in Q3 FY2026

Its portfolio stood at 28 properties and 3,568 rooms during the quarter.

Coliwoo Holdings Limited recorded an average portfolio occupancy rate of 93.7% for the third quarter ended 30 June 2026 (Q3 FY2026).

The company’s portfolio remained stable at 28 properties and 3,568 rooms as of 30 June, comprising 12 owned, 11 leased, and five managed properties.

This was up from 2,933 rooms at the end of FY2025.

Leased properties had an average occupancy rate of 95%, whilst managed properties were 99.6% occupied.

The owned portfolio recorded 80.8% occupancy, reflecting the ongoing ramp-up at Coliwoo Midtown, a 212-room co-living property that began operations in March.

Coliwoo said Midtown’s average occupancy rate rose to nearly 90% in July.

Excluding Midtown, portfolio occupancy was 96% in Q3.

The company also began operating a 380-room resort-style co-living property at 159 Jalan Loyang Besar in July, increasing its room inventory.

At Coliwoo Hotel Changi Expo, acquired at 2 Changi Business Park Avenue 1, the company is expanding the property from 251 to 368 rooms.

The hotel is expected to open in the first quarter of FY2027.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
