Located at 15 Ann Siang Road, it has a land area of 1,302 sq ft with a gross floor area of 2,476 sq ft. The ground floor is currently occupied by an F&B tenant whose lease is nearing expiration, whilst the second floor is not being utilised.

The area is near landmarks including four MRT stations, restaurants and exclusive social clubs.

Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the property with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty.

The EOI will close on 30 October 2024, 3 pm.
