Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust to join FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Developed Index

This raises the firm’s trading liquidity and visibility to global investors.

Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (FLT) has announced that it will be included in the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index Series (Global Developed Index) starting 19 March.

The index series is designed to track the performance of listed real estate companies and REITs worldwide and is seen as the leading benchmark for listed real estate investments. It is developed by FTSE Group in cooperation with the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

“FLT’s entry into the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT index marks a major milestone in our journey as a publicly-listed real estate investment trust (“REIT”), which we believe will further raise FLT’s trading liquidity and visibility to global investors,” said Robert Wallace, CEO of the REIT Manager.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
