Ho Bee Land's net profit rebounds in FY2024

The group’s revenue increased by 19% year-on-year to $528m.

Ho Bee Land Limited recorded a net profit of $109.7m for the year ended 31 December 2024, a turnaround from a net loss of $259.8m in FY 2023.

The company said it was driven by increased revenue and divestment gains.

The group’s revenue increased by 19% year-on-year to $528m, due to increased development sales in Australia and the resilient rental income across property portfolios in Singapore and London.

Development property sales also grew 39% to $262.3m, driven by stronger sales in Australia.

Further, rental income increased by 4% YoY to $265.7m, supported by contributions from the newly completed Elementum.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
