Hongkong Land appoints Executive Director for Westbund Central

Stuart Grant will assume the post on 30 June.

Hongkong Land has appointed Stuart Grant as Executive Director and Chief Executive for the Westbund Central development, effective 30 June 2025.

Stuart spent 18 years at Blackstone as Senior Managing Director of their Asian real estate business. He oversaw the management of $26.6b (US$20b) worth of investments across Greater China, India, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Australia.

He served as Chairman and CEO of Brookfield’s Advanced Research Clusters real estate platform before joining Hongkong Land.

Stuart will step down from the board and audit committee in May, before assuming his new role.
