LHN Group reports over 90% occupancy in Q3

It managed 330,000 sq ft of commercial space as at 30 June.

LHN Group Limited has reported strong performance for the third quarter of FY2025, with occupancy rates across its industrial, commercial and co-living properties remaining above 90%.

As at 30 June, the group managed more than 330,000 square feet of commercial properties and over 1.8 million square feet of industrial properties.

The group’s co-living arm, Coliwoo, secured 2,960 rooms during the quarter and currently operates more than 3,200 rooms across co-living residences, hostels, hotels, serviced apartments and SOHO brands.

Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam commenced operations, while a new master lease was secured for a state-owned property at 159 Jalan Loyang Besar.

LHN renewed two master leases for its industrial properties at Depot Lane and Woodlands Mandai Estate. In addition, Work+Store launched its second air-conditioned self-storage facility at 38 Ang Mo Kio.

The facilities management segment secured 17 new contracts in the quarter.

Meanwhile, its car park management division now oversees 100 car parks with more than 27,000 lots across Singapore.

LHN’s renewable energy portfolio reached approximately 9.6 MW of solar capacity. The group and its joint venture also operate 19 EV charging points.

Looking ahead, LHN plans to acquire at least 800 new rooms annually via master leases or selective acquisitions, while moving towards an asset-light assets-under-management (AUM) model.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
