Office floors located at level 12 in Wisma Atria was sold for $16.1m, amounting to $2,100 per square foot, Savills said.

The office floor was purchased by a dental practitioner.

The total strata area of the office space at level 12 is approximately 7,653 sq ft. At S$2,100 psf, the price is a 22.2% premium to its latest valuation.
