Sing Holdings, Sunway win second Chuan Grove site for $1.33b project

This is roughly $1,355 per square foot of gross floor area.

Sing Holdings Limited and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd. have secured a second land parcel at Chuan Grove from the Urban Redevelopment Authority on 10 September.

This follows the earlier award of the first adjacent parcel in July 2025, which is being developed through their joint venture entity, Chuan Grove Pte. Ltd.

With both parcels now under their control, the developers plan to amalgamate the sites—pending regulatory approvals—to build a single integrated residential project.

The proposed development will feature about 1,055 units across five blocks of up to 27 storeys, with communal facilities.

The total acquisition price for the two parcels amounts to $1.33b, translating to approximately $1,355 per square foot of the combined gross floor area of 91,038 square metres (979,924 square feet).

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
