Space Nova sells 44 units as industrial prices rise 30%

Huttons linked gains to the limited supply in New Industrial Road.

Space Nova sold 44 units during its launch, with most buyers identified as end‑users, Huttons said, noting limited new industrial supply in the New Industrial Road cluster has underpinned price growth of more than 30% since 2016.

The project is in the New Industrial Road cluster, where Huttons said new industrial supply remains limited. The last project in the cluster was In Space in 2019.

Space Nova is within walking distance of Bartley and Tai Seng MRT stations and about a five-minute drive from the Central Expressway, Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway, and Pan Island Expressway.

"The units are column-free, increasing efficiency and the modular grid design allows owners to combine or sublet units easily," Huttons said.

Units have a floor-to-floor height of at least 6.3 metres, which Huttons said is suitable for many trades.

Ramp-up access to the second and third storeys allows end-users to load and unload directly at their units.

Huttons said the building’s modern-looking facade projects a strong corporate image and can help businesses attract talent.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
