Thai Beverage acquires Pomthip

Pomthip gets new name.

In a release, Thai Beverage announced that it has incorporated a new subsidiary, Pomthip (2012) Co., Ltd., in Thailand. THBEV holds 99.9998% in Pomthip (2012) while two remaining shareholders, both of which are subsidiaries of THBEV , hold one share each.

Following said release, THBEV also announced that Pomthip Co Ltd., has recently changed its name to Modern Trade Management o., Ltd. The latter will be principally engaged in the exclusive sale of products of Thai Beverage Group, except Serm Suk’s products, for the modern trade channel.
