GS Holdings Limited has incorporated Tomorrow Brands Pte. Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary on 2 October 2025.

Principal activities include the management and licensing of intellectual property, such as brand names and trademarks.

The incorporation was undertaken through internal resources and will not have any material impact on the company’s financial year ending 31 March 2026.
