Azeus Systems' net profit surges to $8.45m in H1 2025

Earnings per share stood at $0.28.

Azeus Systems Holdings reported a 79% surge in net profit for the first half of the year, rising to $8.45m (HK$48.9m) from $4.71m (HK$27.3m), partly due to a higher tax provision, its bourse filing showed.

Revenue climbed by 27% to $29.26 (HK$169.3m), driven by strong growth in the Azeus Products segment, which contributed $23.8m ($137.7m), or 81% of total revenue.

Meanwhile, IT services declined by 6% to $5.47 (HK$31.7m), making up 19%. Gross profit margin rose to 73%.

Earnings per share stood at $0.28 (HK$1.63).

CEO Michael Yap noted that the company will focus on expanding geographically and developing its new ESG reporting platform.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
