Check out Skyline Luge at Sentosa's new façade and streamlined facilities

Skyline Luge Sentosa has embarked on its most extensive upgrade ever to further enhance its attraction offerings to both tourists and locals alike.

The first of its kind in Southeast Asia, this mainstay attraction was recently voted as the top attraction in Sentosa Island by its visitors on popular tourist review site, Trip Advisor. The unique outdoor experience features both a 320-metre chairlift – the Skyride, as well as a 3-wheeled gravity ride that gives you full control over your thrilling descent – better known as the Luge Ride.

Luge fans can revel in the upgraded Jungle track that delivers a ride not to be missed with its latest addition of visually arresting thematic RGB LED lighting fixtures. To better cater to eager riders, Skyline Luge has also increased from two to three tracks at the end of the ride for a more efficient turnover.

In a move to constantly improve on the overall customer satisfaction and increase business productivity at the award-winning tourist hotspot, Skyline Luge has added eight more ticketing counters to their initial line-up of four to better service high volumes of customer traffic and shorten overall waiting time by 30%. This is accompanied by an increment of four more photo counters to make eight, allowing for guests to acquire their prized snapshot at twice the speed, and with minimum fuss.

Skyline Luge has also placed an emphasis on the comforts of guests by expanding its seating area and increasing sheltered space by 500% with this new facelift. In addition, Skyline Luge has integrated a seamless upgrading plan into its facilities to provide an accessible, handicap-friendly space for all. For instance, the ticket counter height, width of queue lines, and layout of walkways are all adapted to suit the needs of the handicapped.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
