Vestas' Stuart wins J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge

Vestas is one of the 369 companies that participated in the 5.6km race Thursday from Esplanade Drive to the F1 Pit Building in Singapore.

A J.P. Morgan statement said, "Valued by the business community as an excellent camaraderie building platform and one of healthy competition, the Corporate Challenge welcomed competitive runners and casual walkers, representing companies of all sizes. Starhub led the biggest contingent with 511 participants, followed closely by PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 400 runners. Companies such as Citibank, Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Cisco Systems were among many that turned up in the hundreds."

Stuart's female counterpart was Vivian Tang of CIMB-GK Securities Pte Ltd with finish time of 21:42 minutes. Meanwhile, as participant organisations were encouraged to deliberate and submit their best team timings online after the race, team results would be announced days after the J.P. A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
