Deluge lodges prospectus for proposed SGX Mainboard IPO

SAC Capital and Maybank Securities will serve as joint bookrunners and underwriters.

Deluge Corporation has lodged a preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for its proposed initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange’s Mainboard.

The release did not disclose the number of shares to be offered, the offer price or the proposed listing date.

SAC Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the offering, whilst iCapital Holdings (SG) will serve as the listing consultant.

SAC Capital and Maybank Securities are the joint bookrunners and underwriters.

Deluge said a final prospectus would be made available once it is registered by MAS and the offering is launched.

Prospective investors will be required to submit their applications in accordance with the procedures set out in the final prospectus.

The company cautioned that information contained in the preliminary prospectus remains subject to verification, updates, amendments and completion.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
