Addvalue Technologies Ltd has secured new orders worth approximately $2.85m (US$2.2m) through its Space Connectivity (SPC) business.

The contracts involve supplying multiple Inter-Satellite Data Relay System (IDRS) terminals to three major space technology companies from the US, Europe, and Japan. Two of the clients are new to Addvalue’s customer base.

Due to confidentiality agreements, the company said it cannot disclose further details about the orders or the clients involved.

With these new orders, Addvalue’s order book now stands at $24.1m ($18.6m).

The company expects to deliver part of the new orders within the next 12 months. These contracts are expected to have a positive impact on the current financial year.

No director or substantial shareholder of Addvalue has any interest in these orders, apart from their shareholdings.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
