HealthBank issues 7.75 million shares for Tranche 2 placement

The company’s issued and paid-up share capital increased to 109.8 million ordinary shares from 102 million.

HealthBank Holdings Limited has allotted and issued 7.75 million new shares for the Tranche 2 subscription on 19 January 2026.

The issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased to 109.8 million ordinary shares from 102 million, Healthbank said in a bourse filing.

This is in relation to a proposed placement of up to 15.5 million new ordinary shares in the company’s capital at an issue price of $0.02727 per share, it added.

The Healthbank also said that new shares for the Tranche 2 subscription rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the capital of the company.

These are applicable unless they shall not rank for any dividends, distributions or entitlements, which falls on or before the date of issue of the new shares.

The Tranche 2 subscription shares will be listed and quoted on Catalist with effect from 9 a.m. on 21 January 2026, the firm added.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
