JTC offers 1.54-hectare site on 33-year lease

The Kaki Bukit tender closes on 3 March 2026

JTC has launched a 1.54-hectare industrial site at Kaki Bukit Avenue 5 under the second half of the 2025 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

The site is zoned B2, allowing for general industrial use, and has a gross plot ratio of 2.5, which determines how intensively the land can be developed.

It will be offered on a 33-year lease, which includes an additional three-year tenure as part of recent enhancements to the industrial land lease framework.

The tender for the site will close on 3 March 2026 at 11 a.m. and this is the last Confirmed List site released under the IGLS Programme for the second half of 2025.

Interested parties can purchase the Tenderer’s Packet for $185.30, inclusive of GST, from JTC’s website.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
