Lotteria debuts Singapore-exclusive breakfast menu

The range features the K-Omelette, a Korean-style vegetable omelette served in a brioche bun.

Lotteria has introduced a Singapore-exclusive breakfast menu as part of its largest menu expansion in the country to date, alongside the opening of its second outlet at Jurong Point on 5 August.

Available at both Singapore outlets, the new breakfast range centres on the K-Omelette, a Korean-style egg omelette stir-fried with vegetables and served in a brioche bun.

Diners can choose fillings including chicken sausage ($5), turkey bacon ($5), or tomato ($4.50).

The breakfast menu also includes the K-Morning Platter ($5.50) and Classic Pancakes ($3).

Breakfast is served daily from 9am to 11am at the new Jurong Point outlet and from 10am to noon at the Jewel Changi Airport outlet.

According to the company, the breakfast menu is available only in Singapore.

The menu expansion also adds three new burgers and two desserts, all of which are available at both Singapore outlets.

The new burgers include the T-Rex Chicken Burger ($6.90), made with a whole fried chicken thigh, onions, pickles, lettuce, and onion sauce; the Gangjung Chicken Burger ($7.20), featuring crispy boneless chicken with sweet and mildly spicy Korean-style sauce, cheese, and vegetables; and the Teriyaki Burger ($6.90), made with a beef patty, teriyaki sauce, lettuce, and mayonnaise.

New desserts include the Tornado KitKat Crunch ($3.60), which combines soft serve with KitKat pieces, and the Mango Peach Bingsu ($5.80), a shaved ice dessert with fruit cocktail, strawberry purée, red beans, and soft serve.

To mark the opening, the Jurong Point outlet will offer limited-time promotions, including $2 Ria's Shrimp Burgers on 5 August, $2 Ria's Bulgogi Burgers on 6 August, and $2 K-Omelette Chicken Sausage Burgers on 5 and 6 August during selected time slots, with 50 redemptions available per slot.

A one-for-one soft cone promotion will run from 7 to 10 August.

Customers who spend at least $12 in a single transaction between 5 and 25 August can also receive limited-edition blind bag collectables, whilst stocks last.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
