First Turf City condo draws 5,900 visitors at preview

Sales for the 380-unit Dunearn House project are set to begin on 25 July.

The first residential project in the Bukit Timah Turf City masterplan attracted about 5,900 visitors during its first preview weekend, according to the consortium comprising Frasers Property, CSC Land Group, and Sekisui House.

The 380-unit development offers a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, targeting families, owner-occupiers, and investors.

The consortium said visitors included owner-occupiers upgrading within Bukit Timah and neighbouring districts, families looking to live near schools, and investors.

Indicative prices start from $1.475m for two-bedroom units measuring 527 to 678 square feet (sq ft), $2.597m for three-bedroom units measuring 872 to 1,001 sq ft, and $3.588m for four-bedroom units measuring 1,184 to 1,378 sq ft.

Dunearn House is located within the Bukit Timah Turf City redevelopment area, about a four-minute walk from Sixth Avenue MRT station and near the future Turf City MRT station.

The project overlooks the Good Class Bungalow area and offers flexible unit layouts designed to meet different household needs.

Sales bookings for Dunearn House will begin on 25 July.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
