Frasers Hospitality opens 117-unit property in Wuzhen

The serviced residence is located near the Chinese town’s main tourism areas.

Frasers Hospitality has soft-opened Fraser Residence Wuzhen, a 117-unit serviced apartment property in China’s Yangtze River Delta.

The property is located approximately 2.4km from Wuzhen’s scenic areas, 78km from Hangzhou and 125km from Shanghai.

It offers one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments for short and extended stays. Each unit includes a kitchenette, washer-dryer, and living area.

Facilities include a 24-hour gym, residents’ lounge, meeting spaces, children’s play area and restaurant.
