HDB lines up 2,520 shorter-wait BTO flats in June

Units will be spread across Sembawang and Ang Mo Kio.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) will offer 2,520 Build-To-Order flats with waiting times of about three years or less in its June 2026 sales exercise.

The units will be spread across three projects in Sembawang and Ang Mo Kio, accounting for over one-third of the roughly 6,900 flats to be launched in the exercise.

Two of these are shorter waiting time projects in Sembawang, with waiting times of less than three years.

Sembawang Portico will have a waiting time of two years and seven months. It will have three residential blocks, including one integrated block with sold and rental flats.

The project will offer 875 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats.

Meanwhile, Sembawang Brook will have a waiting time of two years and nine months. It will have five residential blocks and offer 1,160 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen flats.

The third project, Kebun Baru Ridge in Ang Mo Kio, will have a waiting time of three years and one month. The project will have three residential blocks offering 485 units of 3-room and 4-room flats.

In addition, HDB said four other projects in Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Bukit Merah and Woodlands will be offered in the June BTO sales exercise.

Details on the projects, including their classification categories, will be released when the sales exercise starts.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
