Creative Technology CEO announces retirement

The group’s executive chairman will take over as interim CEO.

Song Siow Hui, CEO of Creative Technology Ltd, will retire from the company effective 28 February after a three-decade career.

Executive Chairman Dr. Tan Jok Tin has been appointed Interim CEO whilst the Board conducts a global search for a dynamic and visionary leader to take Creative Technology into its next phase of growth.

Dr. Tan, a highly respected leader with a proven track record in the global consumer electronics industry, brings a wealth of experience in driving business transformation, operational efficiency, and market expansion. His deep innovation and strategic leadership expertise will further accelerate Creative’s momentum in delivering high-quality, industry-leading audio solutions.

Meanwhile, Song will continue to support the company as an advisor during the leadership transition.
