Aoxin Q & M to issue up to 511.52 million shares

Company offers one-for-one rights issue to shareholders.

Aoxin Q & M Dental Group Limited is offering shareholders the opportunity to buy more shares at a one-for-one basis, or a one new share for every existing share they own.

A maximum of 511.52 million shares are being offered and shareholders must hold their shares on the record date to be eligible, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders can sell their rights on the market to others if they are unwilling to purchase additional shares.

The Rights Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist of the SGX-ST on 15 December 2025.

Trading is expected to commence with effect on 9 a.m. that same day.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
