1. Download the DBS PayLah! app.
2. Register with your digibank credentials or Singpass.
3. Follow the steps to input your details and link your bank account. (Avoid special characters and sensitive info in your nickname).
4. Enable Auto-Debit or manually top up your account.
5. Insert your promo code if you have one (You may refer your friends to PayLah! and earn cashback). Be our ambassador and click to find out more.

Kids below 16 years old can register for PayLah! via their Parents’ Singpass. Parents must be an existing DBS/POSB deposit account holder and have the Singpass app on the Parents’ device to provide consent for registration. Please refer to our step-by-step instructions here.

Note: PayLah! registration via Singpass is only eligible for Singapore and PR with only Singapore tax residency. All other tax residency will not be allowed.

For Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, you can register effortlessly by retrieving your personal information via Singpass.

• Ensure you've agreed to Singpass terms and conditions.
• Singpass registration is only for Singaporeans/PRs without a DBS/POSB account.
• Ensure your Singpass details are up to date.

To change your password, go to More > Settings > Edit Password on DBS PayLah!

If you're forgotten your DBS PayLah! Password:

• Digibank users can also reset their password via "Forgot your Password?" using their digibank User ID and PIN.
• Singpass users can reset through their recovery email address.

Simply update your mobile phone records with the bank, and your PayLah! account will be updated automatically.

• Once your PayLah! is updated, you will be notified by email and in-app confirmation during your next log-in.

There is a 12-hour cooling-off period for all new PayLah! account registrations and reactivations. PayLah! users will have a S$100 wallet and daily transaction limit during and after this period. 

This will not affect customers who are not DBS/POSB account holders who have registered with Singpass.

To manage your DBS PayLah! Account, tap on More > Manage Wallet. You can view/update your linked bank account and manage your daily limit.

Tap on History on the Home screen to view the past 60 days of transactions. For older transactions, refer to your PayLah! e-statements (More > PayLah! e-statements).

You can enable email notifications for real-time updates on outgoing payments (More > Settings > Manage Notifications).

Immediately call the DBS hotline at 1800-111-1111 (or +65 6327 2265 from overseas) to block your account.

Tap on the notification bell icon > Select Payment Request Sent > Select Cancel This Request.

Tap on Pay > Anyone > Enter amount and recipient details.

Note: The recipient should have a PayLah! Or PayNow account.

Tap on Bill Payment (AXS icon) > Select Pay Bills > Select the type of bill payment. Your bill reference number can be found on your physical bill.

The NETS QR Code is a form of a bar code that contains the relevant information required to make a payment. You can make a payment by scanning NETS QR code with PayLah!

A QR transaction is as secure as a NETS EFTPOS card & PIN transaction. The payment is processed via the scanning of a unique QR Code, which is dynamically generated for every new transaction. Additionally, users have to log in to the PayLah! via biometric authentication or password login each time to effect QR Code payments.

There are no fees associated.

• Web-based: Select "Pay with DBS PayLah!", enter your mobile number, and confirm the payment in the app after receiving a notification.
• In-app: Select the DBS PayLah! option, and the app will launch automatically.

PayNow is Singapore's nationwide bank transfer system. PayLah! is DBS's mobile wallet app. They can work together, but they're not the same thing.
