How to Claim Gift

If you qualified for the promotion, you'll receive a notification (digibank push notification or email) guiding you on how to claim your S$68 or S$138 digiPortfolio gift between the 15th to the end of the month.

Step 1Log into digibank and tap on digiWealth.

Step 2Tap on Claim now on the promotion card

You will see the promotion card on either Plan, or Invest tab.

Your Portfolio gift will be created on digibank within 14 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can expect to receive a notification (digibank push notification or email) from us between the 15th to the end of the month with instructions on how to claim your S$68 or S$138 gift on digibank. Once claimed, you will receive a digiPortfolio within 2 weeks.

The S$68 or S$138 gift will be credited directly into your digiPortfolio, DBS’ discretionary portfolio services for investors.

If you already hold an existing digiPortfolio, the S$68 or S$138 gift may be topped up directly into your portfolio.

Do note that if the claim is not made on digibank by the end of the month, you will not receive the gift.
