GPG Printing uses a Summa S2 vinyl cutting machine with a tangential cutting head to make the printing and cutting process more accurate and easier to manage.

One useful feature of this machine is its barcode scanning function, which helps automate the cutting process for printed vinyl stickers.

How the Barcode Scanning Process Works

After the stickers are printed, the sheet is loaded into the cutting machine.

The machine scans the barcode and registration marks on the print, then uses that information to identify the correct cutting file and align the cut with the printed artwork.

This makes it easier to handle printed sticker sheets without manually setting up each cutting job.

Accurate Cutting for Custom Sticker Designs

The Summa S2 tangential cutting head allows us to cut around different sticker shapes and printed designs.

This is useful when producing custom logos, labels, graphics, and other stickers where the cut needs to follow the artwork closely.

Die Cut Stickers for Branding and Marketing

Die cut vinyl stickers can be used for product labels, packaging, promotions, events, and general branding.

They are easy to apply and can be produced in custom shapes based on the design.
