Our TeleConsult platform lets you meet virtually with your doctors, nurses and allied health professionals wherever you are to make your care more convenient and better coordinated. Any medical certificates or memos you need can be issued electronically and medications can be delivered straight to your door, so you can continue your care from the comfort of your home.

Who is eligible?

  • TeleConsult is usually offered for follow-up visits
  • First clinic visits are typically in person
  • Suitability is determined by your care team, based on your condition

How do I get a teleconsult?

If you are eligible for a teleconsult, your doctor or clinic team will offer this option to you. You do not need to request it.

What to expect?

  • Virtual consultation with your doctor or care team via video or phone
  • Prescriptions, memos or medical certificates (if needed) will be issued electronically
  • You may be advised to return for an in-person visit if required
