Why was my order rejected with the message “Non-marketable orders that are less than a share not allowed”?

Some orders for less than 1 share are not allowed when the order price is not close enough to the current market price.

Why is my bond order rejected?

For placing Buy order: Please ensure you have a valid Accredited Investor status and sufficient funds/buying power.

For placing Sell order: Please ensure your order quantity placed matches your bond holding.

Do I need to pay custody fee for CDP bonds?

No. There is no custody fee or platform fee for CDP bonds.

How do I differentiate CDP bonds and clearstream/euroclear bond?

What is the commission for broker assisted order placed by my trading representative?

Default commission for online and broker assisted order: 0.25% on the nominal value + prevailing GST rate.

Can I place Good Till Cancelled (GTC) order?

No. You can only place day order or good till date (GTD) order up to 30 calendar days.

Can I place a limit price order with my desired price?

Yes. You can place limit price order within ±10% of the indicative quoted bid/offer price range.

Can I sell my existing foreign bonds (not clearable in CDP) using a non custody-based account?

Yes, please reach out to your trading representative to arrange for bonds transfer in to a custody-based account. Thereafter, you can place your sell order online.
