债务追偿/债务重组与破产咨询

ML Chambers’s expertise in both debt / asset recovery and insolvency work allows our team to see through related engagements from start to end and to make longer term strategic calculations for our clients.

We advise individuals and corporations in both simple (including bulk debt recovery) and complex (and often cross-border) debt / asset recovery matters. We do not believe in cookie cutter solutions and tailor every debt / asset recovery strategy to the specific circumstances of each client. ML Chambers advises and acts for both creditors and debtors.

Complementing our debt / asset recovery arsenal, our lawyers also routinely advise on individual bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters. Our team has acted for High Net-worth Individuals in resisting bankruptcy applications and acted for and advised corporate clients in respect of contested liquidations (involving forensic accounting), statutory moratoriums, judicial management applications, etc, under the Insolvency, Restructuring & Dissolution Act (IRDA).
