Our directors 李国荣 and 杨启玮 will be speaking at Lexology’s Masterclass Series.
The session will see our directors discuss the complexities of the function of a company’s board and the labyrinth of directors’ duties that an individual has to navigate in this 21st century corporate jungle.
In particular, our directors will focus on the agility required of a director to be able to navigate his/her duties owed to the company by juggling between the multitude of capacities in which that director acts for the company or corporate group and the exigencies of particular circumstances (e.g. in the context of corporate insolvency).
