1. Brief Your Photographer

2. Ensure That Everyone Is Well-Rested Before the Photoshoot

This tip is not just for families with young children but applies to everyone else as well! Getting sufficient rest the night before is essential to keep energy levels high throughout the photoshoot. Besides, having your eyebags captured on camera will probably be the last thing you want to happen. So, resist the temptation of watching another episode of your favourite drama series and leave that for after the photoshoot!

3. Plan Ahead & Dress It Up

Wear something that makes you feel confident, and make sure that everyone else in the family is dressed up too. After all, you don’t want to look underdressed in a photo that will probably be hung around your house.

Make sure to coordinate the colours of your outfits and plan them at least in advance. Deciding on a colour palette will help immensely as well!
