NTT Ltd. wins two in International Business Awards 2020

The company was lauded in using technology for good to build a modernized omnichannel CX platform and a hyperconnected healthcare system for their clients.

NTT Ltd., a leading global technology services company, received both awards in the IT Services - Omnichannel Customer Experience and Technology category in the International Business Awards 2020, presented by Singapore Business Review. The awards programme honours the most outstanding projects and innovative best practices amongst international businesses based in Singapore.

NTT Ltd. was recognized for building a seamless, future-proofed AI omnichannel platform with leading outsourced contact centre provider in Singapore, Tele-centre Services. The intelligent voice recognition feature enabled the ease of tracking interactions between agents and customers, resulting in reduced lead time to resolve issues and improved service quality gaps. The attribute-based routing feature assigns each interaction to the agent with best-suited skills, leading to improved agent performance and productivity.

By reshaping CX strategy and integrating technologies, modernized contact centers gain a competitive edge in providing a holistic and simplified journey of delivering a seamless customer experience.

Awarded to technology providers who rose to business challenges, NTT Ltd. has also earned recognition in the technology category for how they partnered with a Belgium public hospital group Intercommunale de Santé Publique du Pays Charleroi (ISPPC), to create a smart and hyperconnected healthcare environment.

A call center and an efficient network infrastructure laid the foundations for integrated communication, progressively connecting more equipment and systems. ISPPC’s expanding range of capabilities included Internet of Things (IoT), which has helped them track people and equipment, and centralized appointment booking, whilst the automation of facilities management has ensured eradication of waste or loss of food products, medicines, laboratory materials, and products from the bone or blood banks.

To ensure high quality care across a broad range of facilities and disciplines, ISPPC integrated their systems and technologies which provided the agility needed to easily adopt evolving medical care methodologies to the benefit of patients. This meant delivering consistent, optimized levels of care to 450,000 patients yearly, across five hospitals, six clinics, and three retirement centres.

NTT Ltd.has demonstrated their technological expertise in full-stack integrated ICT services offering, ranging from world-class infrastructure to strong technical support to collaborating with the industry’s most trusted strategic alliance partners. Provided their clients with access to emerging technologies, fully managed services and strong technical support, offering innovative solutions to keep up with complex changes in the industry and grow their business.

Mr. Nick Wakai, Chief Executive Officer for NTT Ltd. in Singapore, said, “We are proud to be recognized by SBR once again, and this time, with a double award win. This is a testament to our technological expertise in full-stack integrated ICT services offering, ranging from infrastructure and strong technical support, to collaborating with the industry’s most trusted strategic alliance partners,”

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
