ESR-LOGOS closes 2 Jalan Kilang Barat divestment

It was sold for $35.3m

ESR-LOGOS REIT has completed the divestment of the 2 Jalan Kilang Barat Property for $35.3m.

It was done by RBC Investor Services Trust, a trustee of ESR-LOGOS REIT.

The divestment brings the company’s diversified portfolio to 82 properties that are located in Singapore, Japan and Australia, and investments in three property funds in Australia.

It does not include the 48 Pandan Road property held through a joint venture.
