Freehold Kampong Ampat industrial site for sale

It can be redeveloped into an industrial property or a workers’ dormitory.

A freehold development site at Junjie Industrial Building, 153 Kampong Ampat, is up for sale by public tender, according to Knight Frank.

The site has a land area of about 4,027.70 square metres (sqm) and an existing gross floor area of about 10,680.97 sqm.

The property is a corner plot with multiple road frontages along Upper Aljunied Link and Kampong Ampat and sits within the established Business 1 industrial precinct.

The site offers multiple redevelopment options, including a new strata industrial development or a secondary workers' dormitory, according to Knight Frank.
It is located near Tai Seng MRT station and the PIE and CTE expressways, as well as Grantral Mall, Macpherson Mall, and food and beverage outlets in the shophouses along Macpherson Road.

The public tender will close on 23 October, 10 am.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
