LHN industrial-space occupancy reaches 97.7% in Q3

The group expanded its facilities-management, carpark and energy portfolios.

LHN recorded an industrial-space occupancy rate of 97.7% in the third quarter of FY2026, supported by continued demand across its space-optimisation portfolio.

Its Work+Store properties achieved an occupancy rate of 92.9%, whilst commercial-space occupancy stood at 78.5%.

LHN attributed the lower commercial occupancy to the expiry and non-renewal of an anchor tenant’s lease. The group has secured a replacement tenant whose rental contract will begin in Q4.

Its Coliwoo co-living portfolio recorded an average occupancy rate of 93.7%, including the ramp-up of Coliwoo Midtown, which opened in March. Excluding Midtown, average occupancy was 96%.

The group had 3,897 rooms across its Coliwoo and 85 SOHO portfolios as of 30 June, including 1,021 rooms under renovation.

LHN’s integrated facilities-management business managed 134 clients through 326 active contracts. Its carpark portfolio expanded to 107 facilities with more than 30,100 lots in Singapore, while its solar-energy capacity increased to approximately 12.3 megawatts.

The group also secured a five-year retail-consultancy contract from the Housing & Development Board in July. Under the agreement, LHN will provide retail consultancy, marketing and tenancy-administration services for interim tenancies.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

Reaching the people who run Asia's businesses is harder than it used to be.

Inboxes are crowded. Attention is short. The executives you most want to reach — the founders, CFOs, and operators who actually move budgets — are the hardest to find through the usual channels. If you're building a company, a category, or a reputation, you already know this.

We've spent twenty years building the room they read. Singapore Business Review is where senior decision makers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia come for business coverage they can't get elsewhere — in print, online, and in person at the summits and roundtables we host across seven markets.

If you have something these readers should know about — a point of view worth publishing, a product worth their attention, an event worth their time — we'd like to hear what you're trying to do.
